Alpha Chi Omega - Executive Board

President - Kimberly Ebersole
Oversees the overall management of the chapter. Works with each executive officer and holds weekly meetings to monitor chapter matters. Also communicates with Stetson University's Greek Life and the National Headquarters on a regular basis. Additionally, has the privilege of representing the chapter in the National Convention and electing the new Alpha Chi Omega National Council.
VP Fraternity Relations - Sarah Redmon
In charge of ritual and initiation of new sisters. Also is in charge of Philanthropy, which is stop domestic violence week. Keeps up with chapter education. Coordinates events such as the Founders' Day Dinner, open house, and parent weekend.
VP Chapter Relations and Standards Board - Leigh Davidson
Job upholds the membership standards of the chapter through positive reinforcement and discipline. Also, does the yearly bylaw revisions.
VP Finance - Krystal Hogg
Entails preparing the chapter budget for the upcoming year, handling each officer's individual budget, collecting, recording and depositing all incoming funds, creating personalized payment plans when necessary, ensuring that all funds are received promptly, and being in communication with the chapter's consulting firm.
VP Education - Nina Garcia
Develops and promotes a comprehensive education program for the entire chapter, as well as educating new members of the history and benefits of Alpha Chi Omega.
VP Intellectual Development - Kayla Hiller
Works with sisters' academics by planing programs that foster academic success. Also plans the faculty dinner in which students can meet with their professors. Also rewards sisters for excellent grades.
VP Membership Development - Aubrey Burris
Plans all of the formal events, 4 per year, as well as sisterhood events and other social functions. Also oversees the socials that Aplha Chi has with other fraternities.
VP Recruitment - Karolina Nowak
Oversees formal and informal recruitment. Deals with everything from ordering and planning room decorations, outfits and food for formal recruitment parties, and relaying mesages from Panhellenic back to the chapter. Promotes Alpha Chi on campus as well as organizing continuous open bidding events, like open house.
VP Communications - Michelle Miller
Entails maintaining and updating contact sheets of all of the current sisters in the chapter. Regularly communicates with nationals in order to make sure all proper paperwork is filled out and turned in on time. Places orders for inventory, pins, and certificates. The job also includes making sure the chapter is informed on all current and upcoming events. Makes sure a steady flow of communication exists between the executive board and the chapter.
VP Risk Management - Adare Morell
Oversees the planning of all social events in order to insure procedures are followed. Secures that all national and state laws as well as fraternity bylaws are being carried out for everyone's safety. In addition, helps educate the members of the chapter on the policies and procedures in individual safety and for the chapter as a whole. The position as entails making sure that the chapter is completing all of our requirements for the Foundations of Excellence program at Stetson University
Panhellenic Delegate - Anna Canlon
Represents Alpha Chi Omega to all the other sororities at Panhellenic Meetings. Announces any news and information that the chapter wishes to share with the Greek community and vice versa. Also represents the Alpha Chi Omega vote on Panhellenic issues as well with Greek wide ones. Main job is to present Alpha Chi with a positive image and to make sure Alpha Chi is actively supporting our fellow Greeks in all of their events and activities.
