Live music will feature the bands Motion City Soundtrack and Frontiers: The Journey Tribute Band.

Lawson Lecture Featuring Mr. Ignat Solzhenitsyn: Lee Chapel, Elizabeth Hall. Ignat Solzhenitsyn -- pianist, conductor, and son of famed Soviet dissident and writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn (1918-2008) -- will speak about choice and free will in his father's novel One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, the first public account of Stalinist repression. Alexander Solzhenitsyn won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1970. The Lawson Lecture Series regularly features distinguished scholars who address some aspect of the broad theme of Faith and Reason.

Solzhenitsyn Performance: Feasel Rehearsal Hall, Mary B. McMahan Hall. Ignat Solzhenitsyn will perform and give a talk on the subject of "A Schubert Sonata." Solzhenitsyn is the music director of the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia.
