While it might be a good idea to check for special online or 800-number temporary promotions that might be lower than those below, participants who actually register online or by calling the 800 number will get the online or national rates and not the discount rates below.
For Stetson programs the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel has special rates: January 1 – December 31, 2010: One Bedroom Suite: $109* and Two Bedroom Suite: $139*. This rate does not include local and resort taxes, currently 13%. Specify that you are with Stetson when making your reservation so that you will receive your special rate. *These rates are preferred corporate rates. However, in the event a lower rate is available at the time reservation is made and applicable to the guest arrival, then the best available rate will be extended to the guest.
The Celebration Hotel rate is $139 except for 12/31. Call 407-566-6000, Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. to speak with reservations. Ask for the corporate Stetson discount. This rate does not include local and resort taxes, currently 13%.
For Stetson programs the Ramada Orlando Celebration Resort and Convention Center has a corporate rate of $59 per night. This rate does not include local and resort taxes, currently 13%. Be sure to refer to the Stetson University Corporate Rate when making reservations.
For Stetson programs, the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration has a special rate of $84 per night except for Feb 4 - Apr 13 and Dec 19-31, 2010 when the rate is $94. Added to the rates are 13% tax and an $11.30 service fee (activities fee). Be sure to refer to the Stetson University Corporate Rate when making reservations.
