Financial Assistance

Financial assistance for technical training programs such as the Stetson University Web Development FastTrack Program is through private lenders. No matter who is the provider, all training providers tend to go to the same lenders such as Key Bank, Sallie Mae, or Wells Fargo.

In general, loan companies provide a number of options for repaying career training loans. The exact interest rate and repayment schedule will depend on an applicant's credit history. Most loan companies provide opportunities to defer payments during the course. The minimum loan depends on the company, but it is often around $1,000. Loans may be repaid over a period of up to 15 years.

Our Web Development FastTrack Program students who need financial assistance to pay tuition may go to any loan provider. Stetson uses Sallie Mae, but has no financial interest with Sallie Mae.
