Language of Trees

Inspired by Stetson’s designation as a Tree Campus USA, Roberta Favis, curator of the Vera Bluemner Kouba Collection, has assembled this exhibit exploring Oscar Bluemner’s use of trees in his work. Said Favis, “Since trees are such an important expressive subject for Bluemner, it seemed appropriate to celebrate his trees in an exhibition on our ‘Tree Campus.'”

Join us for the opening reception at the Hand Art Center on Friday, January 24 from 6 to 8pm. The exhibition will run until Monday, May 5.

Gallery Hours:
