a melodramatic thriller adapted by Steven Dietz, from Bram Stoker’s novel
is based on the legend of the Transylvanian vampire.
The characters must discover Dracula’s identity and attempt to stop him from claiming new victims.

Directed by senior Caitlyn Foster, performance dates are February 13-17.


Dancing at Lughnasa
an Irish tale by Brian Friel, takes place in 1936 at the festival devoted to Lugh,
the "Celtic god of just about everything," with a mix of sadness and humor
that is at the heart of the Irish people.
Directed by Dr. Ken McCoy, performance dates are April 18-21.

We will be holding auditions for both shows on the dates listed below. 
You may audition for one show or the other, or both shows if you so choose.

Audition Dates and Times:

Monday, January 14th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm and 7 – 9 pm
January 15th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm and 7 – 9 pm

You only need to attend one of the audition sessions listed above,
but you are welcome to attend more if you would like to gain more experience.

Auditions will take place in Stetson Theatre Arts' “Second Stage” Theatre,
located in the Museum of Florida Art, 600 N. Woodland Blvd
located just west of the parking lot between Chaudoin and Emily Hall

Auditions are open to all Stetson students (not just theatre arts majors or minors) and to all community members.
You need not have a prepared monologue, although you may perform one if you wish

Please Note: As our theatre productions are an integral part of the theatre arts curriculum at Stetson University, all Stetson students participating in a production will be enrolled in a one-hour credit course entitled Theatre Production.
