The Digital Arts Lab is equipped with 20 MacPro workstations running professional software for students to complete multimedia projects, including Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, ProTools, Logic Pro, Max/MSP/Jitter and Maya.
The Digital Arts Recording Studio contains a digital audio workstation capable of recording 10 audio channels simultaneously and mixing projects for 5.1 surround sound. The workstation is complemented by a 10-foot by 12-foot isolation booth that provides a quiet space for audio recording. A variety of synthesizers, microphones, samplers, outboard effects, MIDI controllers and other recording hardware is also available. Our professional software includes Logic Pro, Max/MSP/Jitter, ProTools, Waves, East West Orchestral Sample Library and Reason.
The Computer Science labs are equipped with 12 dual-core Windows computers supporting NVIDIA graphics with Direct x, openGL and GPU software development, 8 iMac workstations supporting iPhone development, and a triple-headed immersive Virtual Reality system.
