- Awarded Chancellor's Cup for third straight year at Stetson Greek Award's Banquet.

- Delta Sig "Escort Service" is the number one fundraiser at Relay for Life.
- Fence goes up, and work begins on the chapter's "deck project". The project will be completed by the end of Spring 2010.
- Alumni weekend is a big success, with over 60 of the chapter's alumni attending from across the country.
- Latenight Bag Toss Tournament & Pizza Party raises money for the American Red Cross.
- Chapter moves back into the newly renovated Delta Sig house!

- Fall recruitment brings in 17 new members, making Mu class one of the largest on campus.
- Chapter is relocated to Nemec Hall, Epsilon pod, as renovations to the fraternity houses are completed.

- Named Fraternity of the Year at the Stetson Greek Award's Banquet
- Awarded the Chancellor's Cup at the Stetson Greek Award's Banquet
- Brother, and InterFraternity Council President, McLaren Stanley is named Greek Man of the Year.

- Fall recruitment brings in 29 new members, making Kappa class the largest at Stetson, and one of the largest in the nation.

- Awarded Pyramid of Excellence for the 2006-07 academic year by our national fraternity
- Blows the competition out of the water at the Stetson Greek Awards Banquet, after only being back on campus for 5 years!
- Named Fraternity of the Year
- Named Most Improved Fraternity
- Awarded the Chancellor's Cup
- Chapter amasses 2000 hours of community service for the year by helping victims of the Deland tornado, Stetson Crew, Hontoon Island, and the cleaning of Delta Sig's adopted road.

- Chapter receives news that they will occupy a house on fraternity row.
- The Alpha Chi Colony officially becomes the Alpha Chi Chapter on April 3, 2004 when the Grand Council approves Alpha Chi for rechartering.
- Named Most Improved Fraternity at the Greek Awards Banquet.
- Chapter Advisor receives "Advisor of the Year" award.
- Participating for the first time, Delta Sig wins Greek Week, with victories in such events as: Greek Olympics, Greek Sing, Banner, and Jersey Day.
- Gamma Class is initiated, bringing 5 more quality men into the fraternity

- Chapter participates in first fall recruitment since being brought back to Stetson.
- Beta class brought in 12 new members, the third largest class on campus, with 9 becoming brothers.
- Third place finish in Greenfeather.
- Vice President wins "Mr. Greenfeather".

- Alpha class brings six new members into the chapter.

- The Alpha Chi chapter is brought back to Stetson, known as "recolonization".
- The Founding Fathers class begins with 15 men handpicked by nationals.

- The fraternity is removed from campus.

- Chapter is awarded its second Pyramid of Excellence.

- Chapter is awarded its first Pyramid of Excellence.

- Chapter puts on the first ever Sailor’s Ball which turns into a yearly event held by all chapters of Delta Sigma Phi

- Chapter chooses to change its affiliation, becoming the Alpha Chi Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi.

- Delta Sigma Phi is formed at City College of New York, called Insula (the mother chapter, later renamed Alpha), on December 10.

- Chapter is started at Stetson University under a different name.
|
