Kelsey says:
"For my whole life I knew who God was and who Jesus was but I never
fully appreciated what it actually meant to have Him as my savior.
In the beginning of high school I began attending youth group
and
I accepted Jesus as my savior. As strongly as I believed in
Him,
our relationship never grew stronger. This is one reason I
believe that God brought me to Stetson out of all the places I could
have ended up at. Coming here has helped me grow in my walk
and
develop a deeper relationship with Christ, which I continually strive
to do every day.
I also believe that God has brought me here to share my faith through
FCA. It allows me to share God's love with every one around
me,
and it has been such a blessing in my life. God has placed an
incredible joy in my heart that never ceases even through suffering.
This joy and love that I feel is something that I am
overwhelmingly blessed by, and through FCA I hope to share that
blessing to others!"

Lee says:
"My family has always been religious, which means that I have never
experienced, or know much, about a non-Christian life. I
think
that is one of the coolest things about Christ. You don't
have to
not know Him to realize how amazing He is.

Vonnie says:
"Ever since I can remember, I was in church on
Sundays. My mom would wake me up, dress me up, then drive me
to a church 45 minutes away. I had no idea what was going on,
and half the time I was asleep, but I was there. The crazy
thing is, I didn't know that there was more than just the story.
Moving to Florida was one of the best things that had
happened to me. My family joined a new church, and there I
learned the importance of Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my savior.
At first I was real shy with God and I kept telling myself I
was going to live the life: walk the walk and talk the talk.
It's a good thing God is patient because it took two years.
Being an FCA leader has really changed me.
It has taught me not to take God for granted and to live
boldly for Christ. God has given me the opportunity to study
abroad in Madrid, Spain. I can't wait for others around the
world to see the happiness that can be experienced with God on their
side. Sharing His word in Spain will be a challenge, but one
I know I can do with God on my side."
