All candidates in Stetson University's Teacher Education Program are required to establish membership in FFEA.  All are encouraged to participate in leadership roles whenever possible.  FFEA works closely with Kappa Delta Pi in providing hands-on workshops and informative lectures geared to helping candidates become Reflective Practitioners, Collaborative Instructional Leaders, Responders to Diversity, and Facilitative Change Agents.
