About Danielle: My favorite books
are The Swan House by Elizabeth Musser and The Secret Life of Bees
by Sue Monk Kidd. My most inspirational teacher was Mrs. Clifton, my fourth
grade teacher. She is the reason I went into education. I chose teaching because
I would like to make a difference in the lives of children. I enjoy spending
time with kids because they are so much fun. I always tell people that teaching
gives me an excuse to stay a kid forever! If you can have fun and get paid for
it, I'm there!! Finally, I hope to teach fifth grade and I plan on going for my
gifted certification upon graduation.
