The Stetson Cove apartments are located on Pennsylvania Avenue.

As Stetson enrollment climbs and the number of students increase, the Stetson campus must follow suit. In order to provide housing, Stetson has expanded its bounds and purchased an apartment complex on West Pennsylvania Avenue. Affectionately named Stetson Cove, these apartments will be renovated over the summer of 2012 and are projected to be ready by the following Fall semester. The one- and two-bedroom apartment-style suites will be available to upperclassmen and students with families.
