Tampa Bay Mad Hatter Classic
A record number of Stetson alumni and friends gathered at the Emerald Greens Golf Resort for the 10th Annual Tampa Bay Mad Hatter Classic. This annual golf tournament is held to benefit the Mad Hatter Classic Scholarship for Tampa Bay area Stetson undergraduate and Law students. Click here to view pictures of the event.

EMBA Celebration Dinner
Stetson’s Executive MBA alumni gathered at the Windmill Restaurant at the Celebration Golf Club for the annual EMBA Celebration Dinner. Hatter Mascot John B. joined in on the fun as alumni played ring toss, cornhole, and participated in a silent auction. View photos of the event here.
Coach Roger Hughes across the States
Head Football Coach Roger Hughes has been on the move this summer. After an enthusiastic reception from California alumni last summer, he was excited to return and meet with alumni on the West Coast once again. He made his way up the California coast from Los Angeles to Sacramento, making several stops in between. Coach Hughes also made his way across the Midwest, meeting up with alumni in Oklahoma City and Chicago, then over to the East Coast where he met up with alumni in Atlanta! Keep an eye out, as Coach Hughes may be headed your way next for his Fall Tailgate Tour!
Southwest Florida Golf Scramble
Stetson alumni, friends, and family came out for the Sixth Annual Southwest Florida Golf Scramble at the Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club. It was an afternoon of golf, BBQ, door prizes, and fun. This annual event is held to support Stetson students from Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, and Lee counties. View photos of the event here.

Stetson Night with the Tampa Rays
Each year Southwest Florida alumni gather for Stetson Night with the Rays. This year, a pre-game tailgate party will once again be held on the second floor of Ferg’s Sports Bar & Grill. Come mingle with fellow alumni as the Tampa Rays play the Baltimore Orioles. Tickets to the exclusive Rays Stadium Party Suite are available at $49. 2012 Tailgate Tour
Head Football Coach Roger Hughes and his staff will be touring the states spreading Stetson Football fever on his 2012 Tailgate Tour. This Fall, he will make appearances at Football Tailgates at Northwestern University, Stanford University, Florida State University, and at the Florida/Georgia game in Jacksonville. Washington, D.C. Networking Event
Washington, D.C. area alumni are presented with a unique networking opportunity this summer. On July, 12, 2012 a Florida university networking event is being held at the BlackFinn American Saloon. Virginia Wine Tasting Event
Stetson alumna Patty Kimmel ’75 has organized a World of Wine tasting event at the Barrel Oak Winery in Delaplane, VA.
