Entering the Archives from the south end, the main room houses ten shelving ranges (running south to north), along with shelving on the east and west walls:

Range 1A: Treasure Collection (cataloged in WebCat).

Range 2A: Treasure Collection (oversized Stetson and Treasure collections at end of range; cataloged in WebCat)

East Wall: Yearbooks; University Bulletins (cataloged in WebCat).

Southwest Corner: Oversized Framed and Unframed Art Work; Posters. (All items inventoried on searchable spreadsheet at: s:/library/archives/Archives Inventory Spreadsheet Master.xls)

West Wall: Public Relations News Clippings (white boxes - unindexed, organized by date); President Correspondence, 1897-1941 (gray boxes; gray box correspondence is fully indexed by subject and name in the card catalog in the Archives Office).

West Wall File Cabinet: Locked Memorabilia. Jewelry, signed photos, confidential documents, etc. Key available from Director or Associate Director. (All items inventoried on searchable spreadsheet at: s:/library/archives/Archives Inventory Spreadsheet Master.xls)

Politicos Room: File Cabinets. Includes from left to right: General Subject Files, A-Z; Alumni Files (by name); Staff Files (by name); President Files (by name); Faculty Files (by name). Clay Shaw Files, Photos, Notebooks, Videos, and Memorabilia; Max Cleland Photos and Memorabilia.

Archives Annex: Boxed memorabilia: AAUW boxes; Blueprints boxes; Stetson Hat Box #1; Oversized Stetson memorabilia; Oversized Cleland memorabilia; Faculty Senate notebooks; Dean's Office Confidential Files; Copies of Music Library Tapes (Dumm Collection). Presidents Papers: Hulley, Allen, Garwood, Edmunds, Geren, Johns.

Archives Card Catalog contains:

1. Subject index to the Presidents' correspondence (1897-1941) housed on the west wall of Archives in the gray boxes.
