8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Submitting Requests:

Stetson University accepts requests via OCLC (preferred), fax, and email.

Material NOT Loaned:

Reference, periodicals, reserves, most microformats, videos, DVDs, newspapers, special collections, archives material. Please note: We do not lend articles from online databases. (Items will be copied from reference books, periodicals, newspapers, etc. with correct citations.)

Loan Periods:

For most items: 35 days from the shipping date. Items shipped via DLLI (Florida Courier) or via library mail. Overseas items shipped first class mail.
Renewals: As requested, up to one month, unless the item has a hold or has been recalled.

Copies:

Copies are shipped via DLLI (Florida Courier) or via library mail. Copies will be faxed upon special request.

Charges:

Usually no charge unless unusual circumstance. You will be notified of any charges in advance via a "conditional" response.
