Stetson University Library Research Prizes

The Evans C. Johnson Research Prize has been awarded each spring since 2005 to a student whose freshman English or freshman seminar research paper from the previous calendar year shows the most thorough, effective, creative, and ethical uses of the library and research resources.

The inaugural R. Neil Scott Research Prize was awarded in spring 2009 for the freshman English research paper from the previous calendar year that showed thorough, effective, creative, and ethical uses of the library and research resources. The R. Neil Scott Prize gives preference to papers dealing with the general themes of business or economics.
