All of the legislation is from the 110th or the 111th Congress. Since the legislation linked is the shortened version you will receive in your bill book, it is recommended that you visit the THOMAS database on the website of the Library of Congress to access the full text for research purposes. Click on the "Resources" page for that link was well as several other links that will assist you in researching your Senator and assigned legislation.

NOTE: A majority of the legislation is now posted. The remainder will be posted shortly! To find your legislation search the Thomas Database with the legislation number and the session from congress since some legislation is from other Senators than the ones credited here.

Lobbying Assignments

This is the third year of the lobbying program at the Floyd M. Riddick Model Senate. The role of the lobbyist is to know the elements of their respective Committee's legislation as well as be the "go-to" person for any question that a Senator might have.

If a Senator on the Committee were to be absent for any reason, the lobbyist on the Committee will automatically become the Senator.
