Our meetings are brief, semi formal and very interactive. Due to our club's structure (cellular) we encourage a dialogue among our members. Regardless of the meeting location, we strive to make the best of our time whenever we meet. In many situations the President leads meetings but each member is equally encouraged to express him or herself since we strongly believe that every individual matters and has a role to play.

Through our listserve that acts as our communication hub, we communicate extensively electronically on different matters and disseminate information accordingly. The President or any chosen member maintains the listserve. Members are strongly encouraged to volunteer in moderating the list that is run by Gnu and administered by Stetson University's CIT.

At Stetson University, we share our pride by being the only organization where everyone is a leader and has a significant role to play.We have one President and several Vice Presidents who work as one team. Each Vice President can formulate a team with the same ideology based on projects being done within the club.

These autonomous teams that range from Marketing, Finance, Animals, Education, Community, Recycling and many others communicate to their Vice Presidents and to the club as a whole through interactive discussions being it electronically or physical meetings. The structure of this robust organization has been possible through the utilization of the vast technology resources at STETSON UNIVERSITY.
