About Us

The Office of Special Events plans functions related to University Relations and the President’s Office.  Each year the staff coordinates over 100 events ranging from small intimate dinners to public lectures and large fundraising dinners. 

The purpose of this website is to be a portal for events guests to respond to invitations, contact the staff or review details of a specific event.  The secondary purpose is to be a resource for the Stetson community with regard to University protocol and general instruction on planning events on campus. 

The event staff is comprised of two full time staff dedicated to helping guests feel welcome and planning events that serve the mission and vision of Stetson University.
