Theta Alpha Phi ~ Officer Job Descriptions

President:

The President is responsible for planning and facilitating the meetings and activities of the TAP chapter, as well as delegating responsibilities to the other TAP officers when required.

Vice President:

The Vice President is responsible for assisting the President whenever required, as well as filling in for any of the other TAP officers when needed.

Secretary:

The Secretary is responsible for keeping logs of all TAP meetings, maintaining member and alumni records, and taking charge of mailings.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer is responsible for keeping the Treasury Log updated, handling all TAP funds, applying for SAFAC funding, sending off National dues, and planning fund-raising events.

Historian:

The Historian is responsible for keeping the TAP Scrapbooks from previous years in order and available, taking photos or making sure photos get taken at all major TAP activities and Stover productions, collecting programs, fliers, and other memorabilia from the year, and compiling the Official TAP Scrapbook for the year to be kept in Stover Theatre once completed (when not in use elsewhere).

S.G.A. Representative:

The Student Government Association Representative is responsible for attending all S.G. A. meetings to represent the concerns and interests of the members of TAP. The S.G.A. Representative is also responsible for attending all TAP meetings to report on the activities and current issues in S.G.A.

Webmaster:

The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining and updating the TAP Website to reflect current TAP members, officers, and activities.

Faculty Advisor:

The Faculty Advisor is responsible for supervising TAP meetings and activities and acting as a liaison to the Stetson faculty and administration when required.
