I am presently on personal leave from my position as faculty in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Stetson University. I am the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Cress Restaurant located at 103, West Indiana Avenue in Historic Downtown DeLand. I am scheduled to return to academia in Fall 2010 and will continue in my academic and culinary roles.
