a) Position: Data Processing Manager (5/84 - 11/87) Responsible for hardware systems needs
analysis, purchasing and implementation. Also responsible for software systems
analysis and design, programming, documentation and computer operations. Supervised
an operations staff consisting of seven terminal operators, two data entry operators, one
computer operator and one programmer.
b) Position: Programmer/Analyst (10/83 - 5/84) Responsible for designing and coding COBOL
application programs in both interactive and batch operating environments for accounting
and manufacturing applications. |

Position: Summer Hire during college semester breaks. Responsibilities included:
a) Assistant to Application Developer. Designing and creating test scenarios to be used by
application developers involved in IBM's manufacturing application package (MAPICS) for
use on IBM Systems/34 and System/38.
b) Programmer's Assistant. Designing and coding performance verification and file
conversion programs for accounting modules using BASIC.
c) Program Librarian. Controlling the distribution of program libraries and data files for
use by developers, programmers and managers. |
