     Since 2005, I have taught 8 courses for Stetson University.  Starting in 2010, I assumed responsibilities for restructuring MIS191 – Introduction to Information Technology to cover the Microsoft office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Director of Educational Policy, Nina B. Hollis Institute for Educational Reform, Stetson University, DeLand, FL, 1/2008 to present

     Monitor and analyze federal, state and local policies impacting public education to identify educational reform opportunities which need further investigation and study.
     Research and assist faculty in Stetsons education department with projects that promote public education.
     Identify grant opportunities and work with faculty representatives to secure resources and facilitate the submission of grant applications.

 Owner, Recon Software LLC, Debary, FL, 1/2003 to 6/2005

     Developed and hosted domains for several small businesses including static/dynamic html, email services (SMTP) and FTP services.
     Utilized Drumbeat eCommerce, FrontPage, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, & MS Access.
     Built and repaired custom PCs for business and home users.

Application/Integration Manager, Masco Contractor Services, Inc., Daytona Beach, FL, 2/2000 to 6/2003

Projects:

   Project Manager, Agresso Financial ERP Systems Implementation

   •     Led the requirements gathering, RFP development, package selection/negotiation, and implementation of Agresso Account Payable, General Ledger, Account Receivable, Project Costing & Billing and Inventory financial modules.
   •
     Led team of 5 consultants and 6 business users from requirements gathering through implementation.
   •
     Led the EDI integration between the Agresso AP module and Gentran Director to facilitate automated invoice retrieval and processing.  This integration reduced AP head count by 3 FTE’s.

   Team Lead, Estimating, Scheduling, and Production Custom System Development

   •     Led the requirements gathing, functional specification, technical specification, design, development, and testing of custom production system utilizing Delphi/Visual Basic/ASP.NET/Java/MS SQL.
   •
     Built development team from a staff of 1 to 6 full-time developers as well as setup a programming outsourcing relationship with DevCom LTD in Lviv, Ukraine.  This relationship save the company more than 1.5 million between 12/2001 and 6/2003.
   •
     Established development and testing methodology including defect tracking, change control and unit/system/UAT testing environments.

   Project Manager, PeopleSoft HRMS ERP Systems Implementation

   •     Led the implementation of workflow, benefits administration and health/services modules.
   •
     Led team of 3 consultants and 3 business users from requirements gathering through implementation.
   •
     Took over implementation that was running over budget and time to implement a value based consulting service.  This agreement created a results based fee structure for consulting services and according to the CFO, jump-started the implementation to get more accomplished in 6 months than the 1st 18 months of the implementation.

Senior Consultant, Ernst & Young LLP, Charlotte, NC, 6/1997 to 3/2000

Clients and Projects:

   Team Lead, Progress Energy Acquisition of Florida Power Corporation, Raleigh, NC & St. Petersburg, FL

   •     Led team of 3 in the system installation, setup, configuration and training of Ernst & Youngs MergerWeb, a web based program management tool.
   •
     Configured the MergerWeb to client specifications including updates to HTML and ASP source code.
   •
     MergerWeb included communication tools for issue management, change control and project status/tracking.  According to Progress Energy, this tool single-handily kept the integration on track and successful.
   •
     Developed MS Project templates and consolidation/reporting procedures utilizing MergerWeb.

   Lead Developer, Implementation of Post Merger Integration Methodology for Citrix Systems, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

   •     Developed and setup a custom decision support system utilizing MS Access.
   •
     System output created a custom merger/acquisition framework based off the terms of the contract, facilities involved, system infrastructure, and nature of business.
   •
     System allowed Citrix Systems to more rapidly expand through acquisition increasing the scope of potential targets from 2-4 a year to 6-8 per year.

   Project Manager/Team Lead, CSX Transportation Acquisition of Conrail, Jacksonville, FL & Philadelphia, PA

   •     Led team of 4 to establish and maintain program management offices at CSXs Jacksonville facility and Conrails Philadelphia headquarters.
   •
     Included the development of issue management, change control, and project tracking tools and methodologies.
   •
     Developed MS Project templates and consolidation/reporting procedures utilizing MS Access.
   •
     Both PMOs successfully managed/tracked 250+ IT projects to keep the integration on-time and budget.  Due to the planning of the PMO offices, “Day One of integration went off without a glitch” according to CSX.

Programmer Analyst, Perryman & Associates, Deland, FL, 6/1996 to 6/1997

     Responsible for the assessment, development, and implementation of business technology needs.
     Developed custom software in Delphi for order management and data conversion utilizing Btrieve DBMS, MS SQL, and flat files.
     Created add-on modules for Great Plains Dynamics and Platinum Accounting packages.

Engineer/CAD Operator, Qualitech Machine Co., Deland, FL, 3/1995 to 6/1996

     Managed and developed all CAD drawings in AutoCAD r12.
     Developed new research and design products for the thermoplastic road stripping business segment.
     Maintained Novell network and provided computer support to all employees.
