Interfax-Religiia, 2 February 2015
The refectory of the Epiphany cathedral church of Gorlovka was partially destroyed during artillery shelling.
The people who were in the building were not injured. In the cathedral itself and in neighboring buildings, the glass was damaged, the website of the Gorlovka diocese reports.
Food had been prepared in the refectory for needy people, hospital patients, and public institutions of the city. A shell burst not far from the cathedral, where every day hot food was distributed to residents of Gorlovka. At the present time, the parish of the cathedral is deprived of the possibility of feeding hundreds of people, who are left without means of subsistence. (tr. by PDS, posted 3 February 2015)
