LUHANSK PENTECOSTAL PASTOR TARAS SEN SEIZED BY MILITANTS ACTING IN THE NAME OF "LPR"

A pastor of a church of Christians of Evangelical Faith of the city of Sverdlovsk in Luhansk province, Taras Sen, was seized and taken to an unknown location on 27 September by armed militants acting in the name of the Luhansk People's Republic, Religiia v Ukraine reports, referring to the Institute of Religious Liberty.
The Sverdlovsk church and Taras Sen personally conducted enormous social work in support of residents of eastern Ukraine who have suffered from the war. Christians of this church are famous throughout the Donbass and Ukraine for distributing food to the needy.
The whereabouts and fate of the pastor remain unknown. (tr. by PDS, posted 29 September 2015)
