Advocacy Resource Center

The Advocacy Resource Center offers teaching resources for teaching advocacy in an online format along with video presentations by top experts in the field of advocacy.  Our educational mission is the concept of the complete advocate:  one who commands a superior understanding of the law, the ability to persuasively present evidence, and the humanity to know when to do the right thing.  To that end, we openly share this resource to further our access, education and knowledge in this endeavor.

Topics include:

  • Pretrial Advocacy
  • Trial Advocacy
  • Appellate Advocacy
  • Masters of Advocacy
  • Guest Lectures
  • Programs and Conferences
  • Advocacy Teaching in an Online Format

The site is free for law students, public service attorneys, including government attorneys, legal aid personnel, district attorneys, public defenders, military attorneys, and other attorneys who work on behalf of the public good.

Please email us at advocacy@law.stetson.edu if you would like to contribute online teaching resources or a video presentation or have any questions.
