I&#8217;m starting to realize that misunderstandings are a part of any real work environment, and the best way to grow is to face the truth and find solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started paying more attention to how to clarify expectations in advance and make sure that my vision matches the overall goals of the team.
