Physical Gaming Using Computer Vision


Every year we invite an artist or group of artists to give a hands on workshop here is one we did in the past.

This workshop will give participants an opportunity to design their own games using a camera as an input device. It will introduce them to both physical computing using computer vision techniques and experimental game design. Participants will design a game with a computer vision interface and document it in a short movie. Each participant will have the opportunity to work with sample computer vision algorithms. All games will be written in the Processing programming language. Here is some video documentation from the workshop
