Service Activity

Luz Nagle, As a Trustee, reviewed funding project on Lawyers at Risk, and the Role of Bar Associations Interim Report. The first of these projects aimed to support the Special Rapporteur on Independence of Judges and Lawyers in the development of his report on the role of bar associations in protecting lawyers; as well as to develop the lawyers at risk toolkit. The Toolkit for Lawyers at Risk can be accessed on the IBAHRI website here: https://www.ibanet.org/Human_Rights_Institute/Toolkit-on-Lawyers-at-Risk-project.aspx). The Toolkit is currently being translated into Russian, as the IBAHRI plans to launch the training for lawyers based on the Toolkit in Central Asia later this year, IBA Human Rights Institute Trust, February 2020
