Please join TLS in welcoming Nathan West, Stetson alumni. Mr. West’s “Day in the Life” presentation. Mr. West graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Accounting and Sport Management.

Attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating in 2012, where I had particular interest in tax and corporate law.  Following receiving my Juris Doctorate (J.D.), I attended Northwestern University where I graduated with my Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree in taxation.

Following graduating with my LL.M., I moved to North Carolina, where I worked with KPMG for six years in the international tax group.  While there I worked primarily on private equity clients, helping with tax compliance, modeling, planning and entity restructurings.

I left KPMG in 2019 for an International Tax Planning Manager position within the tax department at Jabil Inc. (Jabil). Jabil is one of the largest companies in the Tampa Bay area, and primarily focuses on manufacturing a variety of items impacting different businesses and has operations worldwide.  I’ve worked with Jabil for just over three years with my primary focus being on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital & entity structure management.

When I’m not working I enjoy working out, watching Orlando Magic games, and going to breweries.
