She specializes in lawyer well-being, mindfulness, and the cognitive science of learning. She is the author of\u00a0<em>The Law Student\u2019s Guide to Doing Well and Being Well<\/em>\u00a0and co-author of\u00a0<em>Mindful Lawyering: The Key to Creative Problem Solving<\/em>. Her research highlights the importance of mindfulness training for law students and addresses the challenges of distraction in legal education.<\/p>\n<p>Recently elected to the Executive Committee for the AALS Balance and Wellbeing in Law Section and recipient of its inaugural section award, Professor George is deeply committed to enhancing well-being within the legal community.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss this opportunity to learn from a leading voice in legal education and well-being.
