Vinyasa is considered a \u201cmoving meditation\u201d so if you are looking for a way to clear your mind and relax while getting a workout, this is the class for you! This type of&nbsp;yoga&nbsp;allows for variations that will allow you to challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how you\u2019re feeling that day. This class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.
