Each award recipient will participate in either: (1) an 8-week Judicial Internship with a judge presiding in a South Florida court with a $3,000.00 stipend or (2) an 8-week Legal Services Internship with Legal Services of Greater Miami with a $3,000.00 stipend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarship is open to 1st and 2nd year law students who have an interest in serving the Caribbean American community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>March 11, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit (1) this completed application, (2) cover letter, (3) resume, (4) law<br>school transcript for all law school coursework completed (does not need to be an official<br>transcript), and (5) essay response, by email to caribbeanbarassociation@gmail.com on or before FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 2022. The CBA Scholarship Committee will select a pool of candidates for a round of brief interviews and will notify the award recipients shortly thereafter.
