When Berny first began practicing law, he worked as a prosecutor at Florida&#8217;s 6th Judicial Circuit. From there, he worked in civil litigation at Berkowitz &amp; Myer. Since then, Berny has worked as the Partnerships Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Additionally, Berny has worked as a political analyst for Bay News 9!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berny is just as well-rounded in the community as he is in his professional life. Berny serves on Florida&#8217;s 6th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, which he was appointed to by Governor Ron DeSantis, as well as the Pinellas Sheriff&#8217;s Advisory Board Executive Committee.
