This event will occur on Wednesday, April 20th at 5:15 PM in Classroom A and via Zoom. It will help participants understand the origins of biases, how and under what circumstances they are triggered, and effective strategies to minimize their impact. Dr. McNeal is a lecturer at Columbia University and recently received the Distinguished Faculty Research Award from the University of Louisville\u2019s Brandeis School of Law. Dr. McNeal is a national expert on the intersection of law and bias who has been featured on numerous national media outlets such as CBS, CNN, News Nation and the Dr. Phil Show. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This presentation will be geared primarily toward students.
