Do you have an interest in aviation and space law? If so, this writing competition is for you! Submit a 20-page paper addressing a recent development in any area of aviation or space law or discuss an area of aviation or space law where a controversy or disagreement exist. Entrants are encouraged to write on subjects of national interest, rather than state-specific issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Winner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>$500 cash prize<\/li><li>Up to $1500 reimbursement for hotel and transportation expenses to attend and speak at the ABA TIPS Aviation Litigation Conference in Washington, DC on October 27-28, 2022<\/li><li>Publication in an upcoming edition of the TIPS Aviation and Space Law Committee\u2019s newsletter.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanbar.org\/content\/dam\/aba\/administrative\/tips\/2022-aviation-writingcomp-rules.pdf\"><u>here<\/u><\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;for rules and details for the writing competition.
