The Business Law Section Annual Meeting will be held September 15-17, 2022 at the Washington Hilton. We are pleased to invite law students from Stetson Law to participate in this valuable hybrid meeting with a lot to offer students. The Business Law Section Hybrid Annual Meeting<\/a> will be held September 15-17, 2022 at the Washington Hilton and online, and the Section is pleased to invite law students to join. Meeting <\/strong>registration<\/strong><\/a> is complimentary for law students! <\/strong>Our hybrid format uses the latest technology to put members in the room where meetings are happening, allowing the flexibility to attend and participate in a meeting or program anywhere which is great for students far away or with schedule conflicts. Virtual attendees won\u2019t just watch; they will be able to see who\u2019s speaking and speak as if they are there. All of this for free from the comfort of your home!<\/p>\n\n\n\n For students able to join us in person, we invite you to participate in the Law Student Scholar Program<\/a>. This program is designed to help law students navigate Section Meetings and connect with practicing business lawyers to network and learn more about a career in business law. Participants in the Law Student Scholar Program receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Mentorship.<\/strong> Each Scholar will be paired with a Section mentor who can help you navigate the Meeting and share advice for a successful career in business law<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Professional recognition.<\/strong> After completing the program requirements, each scholar will receive a certificate recognizing their participation in the program. Scholars are also encouraged to list involvement in this program on their resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Enhanced law school experience.<\/strong> Scholars will receive continued opportunities for involvement in the ABA Business Law Section to help you stand out from your peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The program has <\/a>been designed with law students\u2019 busy schedules in mind. Required events can be completed in 1-3 days <\/a>and students are invited to attend as many days of the meeting as they\u2019d like!
