Participants prepare a five-minute argument from the materials provided&#8211;a Record (aka fact pattern) that is 2-3 pages long and four or five sources (fictitious cases, statutes, secondary sources).  The cases for this competition typically involve Disney characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tonight&#8217;s Q&amp;A (6:30 p.m. in Classroom A) is not mandatory; it is just an opportunity to ask questions, in-person.
