{"id":58812,"date":"2022-12-21T11:43:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-21T16:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.stetson.edu\/law\/docket\/?p=58812"},"modified":"2022-11-08T15:44:39","modified_gmt":"2022-11-08T20:44:39","slug":"peggy-browning-fellowship-program-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.stetson.edu\/law\/docket\/peggy-browning-fellowship-program-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Peggy Browning Fellowship Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our core program is the Summer Fellowship Program, which is comprised of a 10-week fellowship during the summer months at labor-related organizations around the country.&nbsp; In 2022 we awarded funded summer fellowships to over 100 law students and one part-time funded school-year fellowship for 2021-2022. We are now accepting applications for our 2023 fellowships; the final number that will be awarded is still to be determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Summer Fellowship Program provides stipends to 1st and 2nd year law students who dedicate this time to advancing the cause of workers&#8217; rights.&nbsp; We routinely collaborate with over 150 participating law schools and selected mentor organizations nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summer Fellowship stipends will be a minimum of $7,000 per student for the ten-week employment period.&nbsp; In many cases, mentor organizations will supplement the stipend.
