Please join the ABA\u2019s Forum on Construction Law for a panel discussion providing different perspectives and insight into what a construction lawyer does. Construction law includes numerous subject matters covered in law school, including contracts, remedies, torts, mediation, arbitration, negotiation, employment\/labor, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and many other subjects.
