3. Meeting with Professor Berenguer via Zoom or phone to discuss projects and progress
The ideal candidate will have a high aptitude for research and writing, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. The projects Professor Berenguer anticipates assigning this summer involve the following areas of law:
1. Stare decisis<\/em> and the recent Dobbs<\/em> decision
2. Critical and comparative rhetoric
3. Assault and battery in Florida
