Today, most departments follow these steps to store files in the cloud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Scan document and send to email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go back to computer to open Outlook and download document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Upload document from computer to Teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Xerox MFP printers that were recently deployed in your department support apps that can simplify the process to just:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Scan document to Teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Once the app is installed, you provide your Stetson login and you can access any Team site where you have access to store your document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We have a handful of departments already using this feature. If you are interested in enabling this on your department’s Xerox MFP to improve workflows and efficiency, or simply need a hand to learn how to use it, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
