Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>9 law student volunteers currently needed for this event.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteer attorneys will conduct the initial intake interview and volunteer law students would assist by sitting with the attorney and taking detailed notes (statement of facts) of the client\u2019s legal issue. Issues will include family law, probate, real property, and more. No prior legal experience is needed. Great note-takers needed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bay Pines, Medical Legal Partnership Advance Directives Clinic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday, October 25, 9:00 a.m. &#8211; 1:00 p.m. &#8211; Bay Pines VA Healthcare Campus (10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>10 law student volunteers currently needed for this event. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteer attorneys will assist veterans in completing advance directives (living will, designation of health care surrogate, pre-need guardian designation) documents. Volunteer law students can assist by providing additional support where needed, including filling out the forms with volunteer attorneys. No experience in estate planning or any area of law is necessary.
