Crossroads for Florida Kids is currently accepting applications for law student volunteers. You would be paired with two volunteer attorneys that are representing a child as their attorneys ad litem. As a student volunteer, you would be expected to attend court dates, staffings, accompany attorneys to meet with the client between court appearances, and occasionally conduct legal research remotely.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested students should email a cover letter and resume to Scott Tolliver, Executive Director of Crossroads for Florida Kids, at <a href=\"mailto:Scott@crossroadsfloridakids.org\">Scott@crossroadsfloridakids.org<\/a>.\u00a0 In the cover letter, address why you are interested in advocating for children <strong>and <\/strong>what area(s) of law you are considering after law school.
