Student volunteers would help prospective Bay Area clients fill out an application for legal services and determine if they are income eligible. If the person applying is eligible for BALS services, the volunteers would then complete a statement of facts form inquiring about the facts of their legal matter. Students aren\u2019t required to stay for the entire time, but at least two hours would be helpful.
