They serve as an entry to a public interest career and provide access to many public interest jobs. EJW and Skadden provide fellowships for applicants to partner with a \u201chost\u201d nonprofit organization of their choice to work on a specific project. The project is developed in partnership with the host. Next week, EJW and Skadden are hosting information sessions for 2025 applicants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equal Justice Works Webinar: April 15 at 4pm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equaljusticeworks.org\/events\/equal-justice-works-fellowships-how-to-apply-and-tips-to-succeed-4\/\">REGISTER<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skadden Fellowship Info Session for Applicants: April 16 at 3pm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skaddenfellowships.org\/applicant\">REGISTER<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Project-based applications involve advance preparation, generally requiring a project description, personal essays, and several letters of recommendation\u2014all this after securing a host organization and identifying and developing a project. Applications are due in early September 2024. If you are graduating in 2025 and exploring project-based fellowships, contact Stephanie Storke at sstorke@law.stetson.edu as soon as possible.
