Upper-level&nbsp;students who earned a grade above the curve are encouraged to apply. The course meets Wed\/ Fri 10-11.50 am and uses the Moskovitz, Boals, and Dillard textbook that centers cases in a &#8220;problem&#8221; method. Strong interest and experience in criminal law practice is preferred.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is also seeking a Research Assistant in the Fall for a course book she is completing this year on Client Counseling; this position will require research and heavy footnote editing as well as interest and experience in client counseling and study of cultural competence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position(s) will require a minimum of five&nbsp;hours a week (more time and effort depending upon the needs of the week).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;To apply, email Prof. Gerwig directly a cover letter expressing your interest and other obligations you may have in the Fall semester, and please attach a copy of your resume and transcript and with the subject line: Applicant for TA or RA position.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Gerwig seeks a teaching assistant in the Fall for Criminal Law.
