These need-based grants are awarded through the Bar Study Grant Program. &nbsp;Grants are not intended to meet all of an individual\u2019s financial needs but are offered to augment an individual\u2019s finances during bar preparation.&nbsp; Eligibility criteria are detailed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/law\/forms\/need-based-bar-study-grant-application.php\">Need-Based Bar Study Grant Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For graduates sitting for the <strong>February 2026,<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong>July 2026 <\/strong>bar exams, the Bar Study Grant Application is currently open. February bar takers must apply by <strong>December 1<sup>st<\/sup><\/strong> and July bar takers must apply by <strong>January 5<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>.&nbsp; Click here to apply: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/law\/forms\/need-based-bar-study-grant-application.php\">Need-Based Bar Study Grant Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bar Prep on a Budget: Financial Strategies for Success (VIRTUAL \u2013 Monday, December 1, 2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planning for bar study expenses can feel overwhelming\u2014but you\u2019re not alone. Join us for a practical and informative workshop with LeAndra Ross, an Accredited Financial Counselor\u00ae from AccessLex Institute, who will guide you through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smart strategies to fund and budget for bar prep costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A credit and debt checklist to prepare for the Character &amp; Fitness review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tips for managing living expenses during your bar study period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The workshop will be held:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday, December 1, 2025<br>6:00 PM \u2013 7:00 PM<br>Virtual \u2013 Zoom Link to be provided to registrants on the morning of December 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/QmzZGJ5PLP\">Register Here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration closes at 5:00pm, Sunday, November 30, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* The Bar Prep on a Budget Workshop is&nbsp;open to all students, but is <strong>required&nbsp;<\/strong>for any student applying for a Bar Study Grant for the February or July 2026 bar exams.
