Proceeds directly<br>support local services for children and families, individuals living with severe and persistent<br>mental illness, and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including Pinellas County&#8217;s<br>Mental Health Court team. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VOLUNTEERS MAY HELP WITH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Park support and race-day logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water stations and cheering on runners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medal distribution and other event needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WHAT VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breakfast and unlimited PB&amp;Js<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commemorative event T-shirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fun, active way to support the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE<\/strong><br>Volunteer shifts take place outdoors. Available roles and shift times are shown on the registration page<br>and may change as spots fill. Students seeking at least three pro bono hours should select a shift<br>lasting three hours or longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOW TO SIGN UP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register online and select an available volunteer shift:<br>raceroster.com\/events\/2026\/124467\/volunteer-for-pb-and-j-run-2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After registering, email or text Mara Macchia with your name and selected shift.
