The<br \/>\nlecture program about the United States Constitution is designed to allow<br \/>\nschools to comply with federal law that requires all federally-assisted<br \/>\nschools, both public and private, to provide educational programs<br \/>\nconcerning the Constitution each year near the anniversary of the signing<br \/>\nof the Constitution in 1787.
